When All Around I Feel Despair

WHEN ALL AROUND I FEEL DESPAIR
And all my hope is gone
I look to Your eternal word
Find strength to carry on
Undying words of boundless grace
So freely poured on me
I trust in each and every one
And walk on gratefully

I put my confidence in You
You tell me I'm secure
And You'll provide for all my needs
Through all that I endure
Your words of life restore my hope
A breath of clean fresh air
So stronger do I take each step
And cast off all despair

How great a gift that You should give
Your Son that I'd go free
So ever shall I praise Your name
For all eternity
No sorrow fear or evil foe
Can steal Your love away
Each day I hold on to Your word
Your life Your word Your grace
