You Are Worthy God

Verse 1

God our Father, Author of the universe
All creation is responding to Your Word
Let there be light
Let our endless praise arise

Verse 2

Christ our Saviour, died for us at Calvary
For our ransom, buried our iniquity
Risen to life
Let our endless praise arise
Let praise arise

Chorus

Oh, blessing and honour
Glory and power
Now and forevermore we sing
You are worthy God
You are worthy God

Verse 3

Holy Spirit, You are with us here today
In Your presence, there is freedom in this place
Wake us to life
Let our endless praise arise
Let praise arise

Bridge

Ev’ry creature in heaven and on earth
And under the earth,
Sing ‘You are worthy God’
Ev’ry tribe and tongue, ev’ry nation come
Bow before the throne,
Sing ‘You are worthy God’

Let a thousand tongues join the ancient song
Sing with chains undone:
‘You are worthy God.
Endless praise arise, worship day and night
Lift Your Name on high
You are worthy God

Chorus

Oh, blessing and honour
Glory and power
Now and forevermore we sing
You are worthy God
You are worthy God
